Yoga nidra is a deep relaxation process allowing you to reset your nervous system, boost the feeling of wellbeing and access your resources and intuition. While resting in this liminal space you are awake and the brain activity slows down to that similar in meditation and the REM dream sleep.
Paired with a gentle self massage, herbal tea, gut stimulating kombucha, card reading/journaling break and a pranayama (breathing) guidance, you will allow the body and mind to deeply rest and rewire, choosing what is best matching your needs on the day.

Wow this was such an indulgently relaxing experience. Marzena guides you through the practice and from the first minute I was super calm but incidentally I left feeling energised. The little yogi tea and energy treat were a lovely touch, so was the rest fest cards. Marzena is a wonderful teacher and everything she does is so beautifully thought out. Thankyou I will definitely come again!
