This was my first yoga nidra only workshop with Marzena and I absolutely loved it! I enjoyed every minute of it! Yoga nidra is probably one of my favourite practices. It’s a practice that everyone can do. It is a powerful meditation technique that during my most stressful times helps me slow down each part of my body one at a time letting my mind float between sleep and wakefulness. The workshop took place on Friday evening and I thought that this lovely workshop was a perfect end to the week. At the end of the workshop all participants looked relaxed and refreshed and ready to enjoy the weekend. The session was very well organised with all equipment and homemade (by Marzena of course ) vegan refreshments provided. Marzena created a warm and cosy atmosphere in the room that was filled with mats, pillows, eye pillows , blankets, candles, music, nice scent etc. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice! I am looking forward to the next one☺️

Marzena is a warm and welcoming person who provides a relaxing and comfortable environment for people of all abilities to practice yoga. As a beginner who has only recently taken up practice this year I've found it very relaxing after a day at work to make the time for oneself and switch the brain into thinking internally and focusing on my movements, my breathing, my position and then to finish it off with a session of meditation where I often lose track of time and space and enter an almost sleep-like state. In some of those times I've started to experience what could only be described as images of movement within the darkness of my eyelids, somewhat like curtains or trees blowing in the wind. I've always come out of the meditation relaxed and no longer playing over events from my day in my mind. I would recommend trying out a session, you don't have a lot to lose.
